Shipping / Returns

I understand no one likes to pay for postage but unfortunately it's a must on some occasions.  I have tried to keep my packaging as light and compact as possible to help make my shipping rates as feasible as possible along with protecting your goodies during shipment.

If you want your items sooner please remember to select "Express postage" sometimes it can be worth the extra few dollars.  However, when selecting Express Postage this applies to the delivery time with Australia Post not the processing time from our studio.
We aim to have parcels out the door between 2-3 business days after payment has been received. Custom orders between 5-10 business days. 

Free local pick up from our Studio in Ringwood East (3135) is also available by appointment - once your order has been placed and payment received I'll send you an email or text to arrange a time to collect your order. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene reason, However if there is a fault with your earrings I will happily discuss options with you for a refund or replacement - I want you to love your earrings as much as I do.
